1. Use of the service
Dottiq is a tool that generates domain name ideas using AI and checks their availability in real time. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes. You may not use it to harass, spam, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
2. Availability results are informational only
Domain availability checks are performed via public RDAP/DNS services and, where available, the Porkbun API. Results are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed to be accurate or current. Always verify availability directly with a registrar before making a purchase decision. Dottiq is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on availability results.
3. No trademark clearance
AI-generated name suggestions are not screened for trademark conflicts, prior use, or third-party intellectual property rights. It is your responsibility to conduct appropriate clearance searches before adopting any name for commercial use.
4. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or the quality of AI-generated suggestions. Use the service at your own risk.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dottiq and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
